RoomIfNiceThingsWe pick up our story in the Room of Nice Things, where we discover Captain Slythe naked and in the midst of a massive orgy. The party interrupted and briefly diced with death considering a change in ship ownership but combat starts and the captain pulls a massive cannon out of somewhere nasty and proceeds, while blinded, to obliterate everything in the room based on orders by the party. [ Guards morale break and they flee An interesting dueling pistol is looted by Tony Reeves?... sure there is NOTHING suspicious about it. So our party chase down the ship The Belligerent captained by what we now learn is a light entertainer called The Dirge. After a brief chase, the Price of Silence ran her down, and boarded her. In a mostly one sided battle the Dirge was captured and interrogated, strip searched and the tossed overboard while still gagged and tied to a chair. Meanwhile the badly damaged Belligerent sank below the waves.... unfortunately it appears as if the map the party sought after was still hidden on the vessel when she went down.. Or was it? Dun dun duuuuuuuuun!!! |
